Popular Questions

Where can I get Bio Ammo?
Most of the KSUAT team buys their ammo from airsplat.com.  Anything by the brand KSC is biodegradable.  If you need to stay local you should be able to pick up bio-ammo at Jungletoy or BBAirsoftworld.

Where can I get a radio?
Radioshack, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.  Make sure it is an FRS Radio with sub-channel capabilities.  If it doesn't do this then you will be talking to a whole lot of nobody out there.  Each team will be assigned a frequency at the field.  You also will need a headset to work with your radio, nobody wants someone in their squad who gives away their position because they didn't have a headset on their radio.  If you bought your radio and headset separate make sure you test them and are certain they are compatible with each other before coming out.

Where can I get a copy of the official map?
Download it from the KSUAT Team Resources page here.

     Can I use a Hi-Cap Magazine?
Hi-Caps will be allowed at this event however if you have the ability not to use them then please don't.  A Hi-Cap is any magazine that holds more than 100 rounds of ammuniction.  Mid-Caps can hold up to 100.  Real-Caps hold the actual amount that the real-steal version of the rifle holds (usually 30).

What is Tan and what is Green camo?
Usually this is pretty self explanatory, however we thought we would list it out.

Green
Tan
Traditional Woodland Camo
ACU
Woodland Marpat
DCU (3 or 6 color)
Night Desert
Desert Marpat
Olive Drab
CRYE Multicam
