Symposium Accommodations


A block of rooms is reserved at the Holiday Inn at the Campus until midnight, May 20, for the price of $99.95 per night. After midnight on 5/20, unreserved rooms in the block will be released and reservations will be based on availability and rate at that time.
**Please note: Cancellations must be made by 6:00 pm at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival to avoid paying for one night’s stay.

Transportation to and from the Manhattan Regional Airport

The Holiday Inn at the Campus provides pickup and return transportation to the Manhattan Regional Airport. Upon arrival, telephone 785-532-2546 for a shuttle pickup. To arrange transportation TO the Manhattan Regional Airport, speak with the attendant at the front desk.


Residence Hall Lodging

The reservation system is now online and ready to accept your reservation!!!  Please reserve your room before May 20, 2015.

Rooms will be available in Moore Hall on the Kansas State University campus for the nights of June 16 - 20 at the rate of $35/night for a single room; $27/night for a double room. Detailed information regarding the dormitory guest housing can be found at:

After you reserve your room, you will receive a confirmation. Payment will be processed upon arrival at the residence hall; you will not need to pre-pay and there is no penalty for cancelling your reservation.  The preferred method of payment for your lodging is via credit card.

Additional nights are available if you are arriving early or extending your stay. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. Lavatories and showers are shared in common with separate men’s and women’s facilities.  There is a dining facility where you can purchase meals on a walk-in basis.  Your registration to the Workshop and/or Symposium includes breakfast and lunch each day.
