Meals included in the Symposium fee include welcome reception, breakfast, breaks, lunch Friday & Saturday.
No meals are included in the fee for the i5k Workshop.
The optional Saturday evening Kansas City BBQ dinner requires an additional fee of $50 ($35 for students).
After March 30, registration will continue to be accepted if space is available.

REFUND POLICY:
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon
as possible. Substitutions are encouraged.
A full refund, less a $15 administrative fee, will be
made if cancellation is received by the Division of
Continuing Education by 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2012.
After that date, due to guarantees we must
give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00. Registrants who do not cancel their registration through Conference Registration are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:
