Early discount registration deadline:  Friday, March 26, 2010.
Early registration fee is $295 ($150 for graduate and undergraduate students). The Symposium registration fee includes a welcome reception Thursday evening, breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Dinner on Saturday evening is not included in the fee.

After March 26, registration will be $395 ($225 for students).

   4) Optional Saturday evening banquet at the BRIO Tuscan Grille on the Plaza.

REFUND POLICY:
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible.  Substitutions are encouraged.  A full refund, less a $10 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received by the Division of Continuing Education by 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 28, 2010.  After that date, due to guarantees we must give, refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00. Registrants who do not cancel their registration through Conference Registration are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:
A participant in a conference or non-credit program with a disability who needs accommodations or has special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
