site.
GROUND: KC Transportation

offers SuperShuttle Shared-Ride Van Service,
1-800-BLUEVAN (1-800-258-3826). Fares for the
SuperShuttle airport transfers to the Marriott
Downtown will be in the range of $30/person
round-trip. Reservations from the airport to
the hotel are not necessary, however, many people
prefer to make reservations in advance to avoid the
time and hassle of paying on-board the van with cash
or credit card.

When you access this website, the
Arthropod Genomics Symposium group code, QUY7Z,
automatically fills in the "Book A Ride" reservation
system.
Procedure:

Claim your luggage.
- Proceed to the Guest Service
Booth (directly across from Baggage Claim at
each terminal) sign marked "SuperShuttle//KCI
Shuttle."
- The Guest Service Representative
enters you into the system and you will be
routed with others headed toward your
destination, the
Downtown Marriott Hotel, 200 West 12th Street,
Kansas City, MO 64105.
- The next available van will be dispatched
from the "holding lot" at the airport.
- As soon as the van arrives at the curb, you
and other passengers will be promptly boarded,
and you'll be on your way!
- You will be able to purchase tickets with
cash or credit card. (No checks are
accepted.)
- If you made a reservation and paid in
advance, you MUST provide a RECEIPT. If
you do not have your receipt, you will have to
pay again at the time of service and be
reimbursed at a later date.
For your return to KCI
airport:

KCI shuttles depart
every half hour from the downtown hotels.

hotel for shuttle departure times.

The Shuttle
recommends you allow 2 hours prior to airline departure time.
Direct taxi service from the
airport to the hotel is approximately $55 one-way.
