The OAA staff consists of a Director, two Associate Directors and an Administrative Specialist. The director and each associate director serves as liaison between the OAA and certain academic and administrative units. However, in the absence of a unit's liaison, usually one of the other two staff will be available. Each one can provide guidance, interpret policies and procedures, meet with search committees, collaborate with you in resolving complaints, and many other things.

Clyde Howard, Director and ADA Coordinator, chjr@k-state.edu

Clyde manages and directs all facets of the K-State affirmative action, equal opportunity and nondiscrimination program and serves as K-State's American With Disabilities Act Coordinator. He serves as liaison to units that report to the Office of the President, Provost and Senior Vice President, Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Vice President for Research, and departments and units in the College of Engineering and Engineering Extension, College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Technology and Aviation, College of Agriculture and K-State Cooperative Research and Extension.

Pamela J. Foster, Associate Director, pwilkie@k-state.edu

Pamela is liaison to departments and units that report to the Vice President for Administration and Finance, and departments and units in the College of Architecture, Planning and Design, College of Business Administration, College of Education, College of Human Ecology, K-State Libraries, and the College of Arts and Sciences. Pamela writes the annual Affirmative Action Plan and develops and delivers AA/EEO educational seminars.

Jaime L. Parker, Administrative Specialist, jaimelou@k-state.edu

Jaime compiles and maintains records of budget allocations and transactions, receives and distributes search documents, maintains calendars, posts vacancy lists, prepares contracts, maintains data bases, provides information concerning searches, and supervises student assistants.

Kala Raglin, Student Assistant, raglin@k-state.edu

Kala enters applicant pool and hiring data for the K-State Affirmative Action Plan, answers the telephone, files search documents and assists OAA staff.
