This notice fulfills K-State's obligation as a recipient of Federal financial assistance to notify students, parents and others that K-State does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability and to identify by name or title, address and telephone number the employee(s) responsible for coordinating compliance efforts.
