Tenure-track women in the nine science/mathematics departments of the College of Arts & Sciences are eligible to participate in the Career Enhancement Opportunities Initiative funded by the NSF ADVANCE award to K-State. Up to $1000 is available for qualified professional development opportunities including travel and attendance at conferences, small equipment purchases, visits to establish collaborations with colleagues or to learn new research or teaching techniques, and other possible uses. These trips, purchases, or visits should be made during the Fall 2004 or Spring 2005 semesters.
