K-State Scholarships

The first step in obtaining a K-State scholarship is to apply for the Kansas State General Scholarship.

Apply by February 1

If you are a nontraditional student, check the option and follow the directions for the adult nontraditional scholarships on the K-State general scholarship application.

K-State nationally competitive scholarships

This office assists students in applying for highly competitive national and international scholarships (such as the Rhodes, Marshall, and Truman). To be eligible for most of the competitive scholarships you need to have 3.5 GPA or above. If you do, we encourage you to talk with Jim Hohenbary, Assistant Dean for Nationally Competitive Scholarships.
