MSEP Value and Retention Information
The MSEP serves to reduce student tuition by a significant amount
(eligible students pay 150% of in-state tuition). For example, tuition
and fees for a 14-hour semester in the fall of 2007 is $4,240. This
is compared to non-resident tuition and fees of $7,470 per semester.
To retain this tuition reduction benefit, a student must maintain
a cumulative K-State grade point average of at least 3.0 in one
of the curriculums listed above, to remain a resident in a participating
state, and make acceptable progress toward the degree as verified
by the department chair. |
