Multicultural Pride Day

Join us for Multicultural Pride Day for high school students and their parents. Spend a day exploring K-State's campus and learning about college life.
Find out about majors that will suit you and programs that will help you succeed in college. You'll learn about college life, majors, ways to pay for college, housing options, sororities and fraternities, and more. You'll also explore multicultural organizations and opportunities and take an optional tour of campus.

10:15 to 11:20 a.m.
Break-out sessions
- Learn heplful tips in applying for scholarships and the various ways to help you pay for college.
- Find out what major or career path will best fit your abilities, interests, and personality.
- Discover everything you need to know about K-State, from admissions to getting involved.
- Attend a motivational workshop to get you thinking about the high school to college transition.

Groups
Before registering, check with your high school counselor to see if a group from your high school is scheduled to attend.
Cost
The cost is $20 for individual students, which includes program materials, parking, and lunch. Parents, family members, and guests may attend for $15 each.
The cost for students who come as part of a group is $15 per student for a group of 15 to 20 students and $12 per person for groups of 21 or more students.
