Military Advanced Education and G.I. Jobs magazines rank Kansas State University as one of the most military-friendly universities in the country.

K-State is a 15-minute drive from Fort Riley, or you can sign up for an online degree.

Costs

Military personnel stationed on active duty in Kansas, their dependents and members of the Kansas National Guard can attend classes at the in-state rate.

Financial assistance is available for military members and veterans.

Military credit evaluation

K-State's admissions office will evaluate your military training and experience for possible college credit. The evaluation is optional and has no bearing on your admission status at K-State, and it does not include evaluation of transfer work from other educational institutions.
