Berman Center for Internet Society (Harvard Law School)

The purpose of this Center is to study cyberspace law. It has a newsletter called "The Filter", and free online courses.

Cyberspace Law Center

Excellent resource on cyberspace issues. It is a part of FindLaw and has a search engine and topics which include commerce,cybercrimes, freedom of expression, intellectual property, jurisdiction, privacy, and general cyberspace law resources, including copyright.

Digital Future Coalition

The Digital Future Coalition represents owners and users of intellectual property and has sections on current and past issues, current bills in Congress, links to international copyright and treaty information, information on the uniform commercial code, model state acts, and legal resources.

Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF)

The site is an excellent source of information regarding the current year's copyright news, including significant legal rulings and government activities. It has a search engine and information on conferences, symposia, and workshops.

KuesterLaw Technology Law Resource

Excellent resource on technology law, including patent, trademark, and copyright. It has information, cases, intellectual property resources, government links, etc.

United States Senate Judiciary Committee

Protecting creative works in digital age. This site focuses on all digital legislation, whether in the hearings stage, pending or related legislation.
