Another wonderful site for explaining the importance of respect for intellectual property can be found at the BRINT business megasite (http://www.brint.com/IntellP.htm). Articles include "Why Care About Intellectual Property Rights" and "Law Creeps onto the Lawless Net," a 1996 article by John Perry Barlow. There are links to other Law and Intellectual Property sites, some of which are no longer live, but the whole site is still worthwhile.
