American Intellectual Property Law Association

This site, largely devoted to patent and trademark activities, has some very useful update sections for copyright, as well. It has a "what's new" section with an impressive listing of the various national and international activities, briefs, papers, etc., for intellectual property concerns, a listing of legislative activities by Congressional session, Amicus briefs submitted, publications, and some links.

American Library Association Washington Office

This site has regular information on Congressional bills, legislation, and reports from ALA on copyright and intellectual property. It also has a Copyright and Intellectual Property Page with digests of current legislation by legal authorities, as well as reports and links to other sites.

Berkeley Digital Library SunSITE: Image Finder

Excellent resource for finding images from several large collections, including NASA, Library of Virginia, UC Berkeley's Architecture Slide Library, Picture Australia, the Smithsonian, Library of Congress American Memory Project, and others.

Cornell University Copyright Site

Excellent links to federal and international material and other references.

This online journal is published on Fridays by the New York Times online version. The New York Times Cyberlaw Journal Internet Links is a subsection of this journal. This site has a complete listing of all new and pending legislation. It is searchable by bill number, word or phrase, Congressional session, etc. It has links to news and Internet.
