EFF is a nonprofit, nonpartisan group "working in the public interest to
protect fundamental civil liberties, including privacy and freedom of expression,
in the arena of computers and the Internet." The site is an excellent source
of information regarding the current year's copyright news, including significant
legal rulings and government activities. It has a search engine and information
on conferences, symposia, and workshops.
