Minutes

November 18, 2002

On Monday night we met in the Bowling alley in the union for a few games of bowling and a short informal meeting. Members in attendance were Kara Alere, Missy Good, Kendra Newquist, Aaron Pflughoft, Katie Pinkall, Lesley
Rotramel, Kaci Starr, Emily Tharp and advisor Michelle Haupt.

Currently we have $243.47 in our account.

Concerning old business, we discussed our shirts. We once again did not have a design and decided Emily will send one last email asking for suggestions or we will just have a basic PTK shirt with power cats. Missy reported on
Spooktacular. She said there were plenty of volunteers and it was raining, but they still had a good time.

Concerning new business, we discussed the Christmas party. We decided on Tuesday December the 10th at 7:00 at Katie’s house. Emily will send an email concerning the food and directions. Everyone should bring a white elephant
gift for a gift exchange. Next we discussed sponsoring the After Hours at the Union next semester. (it would be just once.) It was moved and passed. We will fill out an application and be notified if we are chosen.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 and then we played a few mean games of bowling.

Our next event will be our Christmas party. It will be a whole lot of fun. Hope to see everyone there!!!!!
